Totally agree with Indiegyrl, I also said that recently to my BF.... that he had stopped having those nice gestures he used to have when we first started dating. Also, I wish he wasn't as cheap.... he never wants to spend in us and also expects me to pay half of everything even though I lost my job a couple of months ago (he isn't working either), and that really makes me mad. And last but not least, I would love for him to be a better communicator, whenever we have an argument he just shuts himself up and refuses to talk or say anything, and sometimes this can go on for days. He says he'd rather not say anything than to fight, but I guess this way we will never solve our differences civilly and efectively.... you need to talk to sort out different opinions! That would be it I guess....What advice do you want to give your current boyfriend/husband, to make him a better one?
Well no one is perfect. I'm far from perfect myself, but if I were to suggest something to my BF, I'd suggest more of the little gestures that he did at the beginning, if only to elicit more of what he wants from me. The fact that he does those things less doesn't motivate me to do the little things as much either.
