I am considering a degree in Architecture, Business Studies, Business Management, Physics or Computer Games Technology. I currently have an A in higher maths, an A in higher Physics, a B in higher English, a B in higher Computing and a B in higher Music. I am thinking of moving to Hong Kong to find work there after education.
Which degree would leave me a good chance and lots of options?
P.S. Is there any difference in Business Management and Business Studies?Advice Needed! - Which degrees would give me a good chance in life?
If you want lots of options, Business might be a good choice. Hong Kong is a major financial centre in China and I think you might be successful with a good business degree.
That's only my opinion, though. Don't do it if you don't like it.Advice Needed! - Which degrees would give me a good chance in life?
No degree in and of itself will give you any chance at life. What gives you a ';chance at life'; is how you use whatever degree you obtain. Choose the area you like the most and pursue that, it will give you the best chance of enjoying what you do, which in turn will give you more job satisfaction. More satisfaction relates to better advancement.
Higher maths would leave you great chance in finding work place everywhere!!!
the difference of busienss managment and business studies are that managmenent is one particular thing you learning about the business which is managment and business studies are all in one, everything about the business.
youd need a master's or phd in physics to do anything in relation (teaching or research work, basically). its really hard for people who dont know you to tell you whats right for you- you cant really ask anyone what you will like best. look at the books you read for fun and the shows you tend to watch (if you watch educational shows). what do you see most of? thats how i came to the conclusion that i wanted to be a doctor- i had a b.f.a. in theater, but instead of reading plays in my spare time, i was reading medical books and realized my childhood dream of being a doctor never really died. you will figure it out soon enough. good luck!
I went with physics, but if you're not going to get a PhD you'd be better off with engineering - easy to find a good-paying job with only a bachelors. Architecture, you might want a masters degree.
Definitely Architecture!
