Advice for quality music system under 35k?

I have a budget under 35k and would like to have a DVD home theatre, want to use it for both music %26amp; movies. And would luv 2 have addl features of USB port %26amp; wireless connection. But most importantly don't want to comprimise on the sound quality. Pls advice.Advice for quality music system under 35k?
